Data and purposes

• Audit inputs and store context: generate the requested audit and improve reliability.
• Email and store details, only with explicit consent: deliver the requested follow-up and relevant support-improvement communications.
• Order, provider and payment references: deliver purchases, prevent duplicate fulfilment, handle support and keep necessary records.
• Optional anonymous interaction events, only after your choice: measure whether the service works.

Legal bases

We process an audit or order to provide the service you request and take steps connected with a contract. Follow-up communications and optional measurement rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Necessary accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute records may be processed to comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate interests.

Retention

Identifying audit input is automatically minimized after 30 days. Consented lead details are minimized after 180 days unless you renew the interaction or become a customer. Order and payment records are retained only as needed for delivery, disputes and applicable record-keeping duties.

Recipients and infrastructure

Cloudflare provides hosting, database and security infrastructure. Stripe processes card checkout and payment data under its own notices. USDC payments on Base use a public blockchain: wallet addresses and transactions are public and cannot be erased from the chain.

We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. You can withdraw consent by emailing david@ackweave.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your local supervisory authority.
