GUIDE · KNOWLEDGE BASE

An FAQ that answers before the ticket arrives.

The most useful FAQ is not the longest. Start with questions that change a purchase decision or create repeated contacts, and answer only with conditions the store can actually meet.

Shipping and tracking

Explain destinations, handling, transit, carriers, tracking, delays and what happens when a package is marked as delivered.

How long does handling take? Where do you ship? How do I receive tracking? What should I do if the carrier says delivered?

Exchanges and returns

Separate the general policy from its exceptions. Explain the window, accepted condition, costs, process and refund timing without hiding restrictions.

How many days do I have? Which products are excluded? Who pays return shipping? When will the refund appear?

Product and compatibility

Turn pre-purchase questions into verifiable criteria: measurements, materials, care, compatibility, customization and availability.

Which size do I need? Is it compatible with…? How do I care for it? Does the image show the exact color?

Maintenance

Assign an owner and review date. An outdated FAQ can create more work than no FAQ; regularly compare published policies, macros and actual customer questions.

Monthly review: policy changes, new questions, broken links, translations and answers that caused reopened tickets.
